Roland XP-30

I have a Roland XP-30 that I have used on and off over the years. I never really looked too deeply into it's capabilities though. What I want to do is program the sounds into some kind of user bank so I can easily turn the knob one simple click to get to the next sound during live performance. I don't see anything like this in the manual (and I couldn't find anything online) but to be honest the manual confuses me greatly. Anyone know the answer or a good place to find it?
