Microphone Gain Control

I have an LDSystems Sweet Sixteen wireless microphone.
I recently tried to adjust the gain control that is on the actual microphone, but with a screwdriver that was too big. I managed to turn the volume down (infact - right down to 0 so that it no longer works), but the screwhead had sheared inside, meaning that the volume could not be turned back up again!
Does anybody have any ideas as to how I can fix this. I'm not particularly bothered about a long term solution, just need to be able to get the volume up so that the set works again.
Many thanks,

Try a small amount of rubber cement on the tip of a small screw driver. When you turn the screw driver, make sure you add a little pressure so it turns by friction.
