Roland KC-60 Keyboard Amplifier or Behringer ULTRATONE K450FX Keyboard Amp/PA System?

I just got a microkorg and need an amp to play it through. I am looking at both the Roland KC-60 Keyboard Amplifier (http://www.guitarcenter.com/Roland-KC-60-Keyboard-Amplifier-101954253-i1145226.gc?esid=ROLAND+KC-60+AMP#) and the Behringer ULTRATONE K450FX Keyboard Amp/PA System (http://www.guitarcenter.com/Behringer-ULTRATONE-K450FX-Keyboard-Amp-PA-System-103643235-i1171330.gc#).
I can get both for around $150, so price is not an issue. I am making my decision based solely on quality of the amp but I have no prior experience with buying my own keyboard amp.
Any thoughts or opinions on either amp would be appreciated.
Also, if there are any cheaper suggestions (such as simply running it through a cheap PA) for a new non-technical keyboard player looking for great sound, please let me know.

Will this be for home or stage use?
I've read several negative reviews of Roland amps, and Behringer products are manufactured in China. Many don't last very long after the warranty expires.
Active speakers are what most keyboard players are purchasing these days. I'm sure other forum members will have some recommendations.

theBus used to run my rhoads through a mesa boogie or fender twin but times have changed . . I'm with synthologist on this . . two small portable full range pa speakers (stereo) with a bit of head room . . . On the flip side , a simple amp may work for some styles and patches bobby
