guitar midi

wagerofwar

hello all
I am new to midi, and understand its concept, but not really how it works. I have a Line pod xt live, which has midi connections. so, could I connect a midi controller, like the rocktron midi mate, and have that control numerous patch settings in my pod with one footswitch? or allow me to change things on different units at the same time?

You can do both if you take the time to program the units in question. Probably best to start with the footswitch controlling one thing, and then expand from there once you get the hang of it.
