IK Multimedia "Tech support". What a joke.

Hello, I am an independent record producer using Pro Tools etc etc, with about 20 years exp in the industry.
I am having more problems with SampleTank, and Sweetwater gives me the ph number of US Tech Support Service: (954) 846-9866 for IK Multimedia.
Apparently, their version of customer service is an answering machine asking that you leave a message. Impressive. What a sense of urgency!
Well, no problem. So I have left three different message son the last 3 weekdays. No response whatsoever.
Is there a problem at IK? Are they still in business? Why are customers the 100% last priority at IK?
Who manages a tech support dept that ignores the folks who spend money on products?

My name is Derrick Floyd and I am the National Product Specialist for IK Multimedia and I am surprised to hear of your current issue with our tech support. I know that we have been experiencing a high volume of calls over the past few weeks because we have released a new series called the "Bundle Series" and with each new product there is always an influx of calls. But I assure you we strive to handle every call as quickly as possible and usually within a 24 hour period.

Hi, I know this is an old post but I found it while looking for help adn decided to give a try.
Soo, 3 months ago I purchased a few products from your website, under the username Eduardo Alava.
I purchased an iRig PRO + iRig BlueBoard Bundle and a iLine - Mobile Music Cable KIT...problem is IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET! and whenever I try to check on it's delivery status it appears to be "in progress".
I went and verified that the payment HAS ALREADY BEEN CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD ON THAT SAME APRIL!
I´ve had some personal stuff going on lately and haven't been able to tend to this sooner, however it's already been 3 months and for the last 2 weeks I've called many times to the numbers provided at your website trying to contact your customer service, however, either nobody answers or I end up sadly being redirected by a recording to seek help at your website.
I've tried using the website "contact us" service but it only allows me to send tech support related messages, but nothing regarding shipping and delayed deliveries.
I would appreaciate any help provided to solve this issue...I don't need a refund or anything, I'm a calm and patient individual, I just want my stuff delivered as soon as possible.
I will summit the info of the purchase...please, help me out with this.
I'm currently not in the States but my folks over there will receive it.
