Silent Switching for Dual-amp Guitar Rigs

Worth it!

I bought the Orange Amp Detonator Buffered A/B/Y Switcher Pedal to replace my JHS Pedals Buffered Splitter. I found the JHS Pedals Buffered Splitter seemed to get out of phase very easily.
The Orange Amp Detonator Buffered A/B/Y Switcher Pedal hasn't had this problem. Although it has a phase button on it, I've yet to have to use it.
So far, it works as advertised!
I like using two amps together to generate a different sound. The Orange Amp Detonator Buffered A/B/Y Switcher Pedal makes that possible without any problems.
At $, it is not cheap.
However, it works.
All the time.
Every day.

Best A/B/Y Pedal Out There.

I have two gigging setups that i use Orange/Marshall combo and Vox AC/Supro combo. This is by far the best A/B/Y pedal i have ever owned. Expand your musical horizons & get you some two amp tone at a great price.

Transparent, well-built ABY Switch

This is my first ABY switch, so I don't have any other experiences to compare the Orange Detonator to, but I have zero complaints about this box. I don't hear any signal degradation (no top end loss of tone), it's built like a tank, not a huge footprint, and I appreciate a different LED color for each A,B,or Both state.

Excellent

Using this split my signal between an Orange Rocker 32 and a Vintage Fender Bassman 50. No loss in volume or tone degradation. Excellent ABY pedal.

Simply - the best

Love this pedal! Have had it for several months to run a Marshall/Blackstar rig. So easy to switch between the two amps and very quiet. Also - it has a small footprint for what it is. I looked around before getting this unit and it is clearly the best bang-for-the-buck. From the transformer on the "B" channel to the phase switch to the buffer. This is the perfect pedal for what I want to do - and would recommend this above any other ABY pedal out there
