Amazing Pedal Steel Speaker

Got this for a new cab for my "lightweight" rig (steel is heavy enough!). It's truly been a pleasure to play through. I'm running this with a Quilter Pro Block 200, BL 705 pickups in a Williams guitar - just a stellar combo. Only a few gigs with it so far, so I haven't broken it in yet, but it still sounds great!

Note that it has spring push connector on the speaker tabs (not the common slide on prongs like most guitar speakers with which I have been familiar). Ergo, you might need to strip your cab/amp's speaker connector ends to push the wires into place.

12" Pedal Steel Guitar Speaker

My initial rating is 3 stars but after the speaker is broken in it hopefully will increase. This is an improvement over the Eminence EPS-12C (12" version of the Eminence EPS-15C) which is also designed for Pedal Steel Guitar but would be better used in a regular guitar amp with a Telecaster. The Double-T 12 does not have the piercing highs of some speakers but also does not have the bottom end, in a typical partially open back speaker cabinet, that is needed for C6th work and thus is more suited for E9th playing. This will be mainly used with an S-10 Pedal Steel Guitar (E9th tuning) thus it should suffice. I tried it with my D-10 guitar and it falls short on the bass strings on the C6th tuning neck. I should note I used this with my Carvin BX500 amp (actually a bass amp) that I use with my gigging Pedal Steel guitar system.
