I've done everything from shipping out my personal iLok for free when there was a shortage, to talking down a customs agent who was trying to rip off a customer, to doing system diagrams from a hospital room.
Working in the studio and doing FOH you learn quick that you're there as a support person for an artist, not the other way around. It's the exact same thing in sales. Also, I used to teach a Pro Tools class so I know how to explain things in a way that makes sense to musicians.

I just wanted to let You know, that the Yamaha THR5 ? Holy Crap!!! That little amp does an incredible job with amplification without loosing the quality of sound. It's just awesome! It's effects pkg, is remarkable and the "chorus W/reverb" mode truly produces a very believable presence. I will occasionally run the THR5 through a Kustom 10"/2-way speaker. I also Love the option of using it's battery capabilities, It's cool to tale it ANYWHERE I like, or wherever I 'd be tolerated, is more likely. Thanx again for, as usual, great service w/ great follow-up and good communication throughout.You ROCK, Alex, and I know that when I can buy from Sweetwater, I do, pretty much because of the great service I receive from You!
