Sweetwater Hires 20 New Employees
Fort Wayne, IN, April 30, 2014 - Sweetwater, the number one online retailer of music instruments and audio equipment, recently hired 20 new employees including 8 Sales Engineers. Five of the new employees come from outside Indiana.

Sales Engineer Grover Braxton, from Richmond Height, Ohio, has a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Production from The Art Institute of Las Vegas.

Sales Engineer Kyle Malone is from Stafford, Virginia, and holds both Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Recording Arts and Music Business from Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

Sales Engineer Ben Eller, from San Clemente, California, received his BA in Sound Arts from Expressions College in Emeryville, California.

Sales Engineer Chris Sanders is from Lansing, Michigan, where he attended Michigan State, majoring in economic and forensics. He worked for two years in sales and management for Marshall Music.

Sales Engineer Trevor Clark is from Centerburg, Ohio, but recently finished his Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology at the University of St. Francis.

Sales Engineer Jonathan Appleton is from Fort Wayne, where he is currently studying accounting and computer graphics at Ivy Tech.

Sales Engineer Aaron Swaidner is also from Fort Wayne, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from IPFW.

Sales Engineer Andy Plank holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech.

Sales Assistant Derek Berhalter, from Kendallville, has held sales positions at Radio Shack and Guitar Center.

Sales Assistant Patrick Laughlin is from Fort Wayne and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Ball State.

Sales Assistant Paige Salway is from Fort Wayne and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Administration from Ball State and is currently pursuing a master's degree from St. Francis in business administration.

Copywriter Mac McDonough has a Recording Engineering Certificate and a BA in Psychology.

Guitar Technician Atticus Sorrell lives in Monroeville and is attending St. Francis for Music Technology.

Guitar Handler Chandler Cashdollar will be graduating from South Side HS in June.

Guitar Technician Sam Trubedoor is a performer and does freelance work for bands.

Receptionist Brittany Holocher has been working in customer service for the past six years.

Inventory Control Specialist Larry Thurber has over 33 years experience working in a warehouse environment.

Downbeat Diner staff member Tammy Gillig worked for Belinda's as a baker.

Downbeat Diner staff member Gina Karbach worked at Summit Radiology for 13 years.

Maintenance Specialist Zach Randol has been in the construction business for the past seven years.
