Sweetwater Partners with Blue Jacket, Inc. for Upcoming Job Fair in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Indiana. [Wednesday, October 8, 2025] – Sweetwater will be hosting a job fair to talk with candidates to fill more than 100 seasonal positions to help with holiday demand at its Distribution Center located at 5501 U S Highway 30 West in Fort Wayne. 

Sweetwater has partnered with Blue Jacket, Inc. in Fort Wayne for a job fair and hiring event. The event will take place from 9AM to 12PM and from 1PM to 6PM on Wednesday, October 15. The event will take place at Blue Jacket’s headquarters, located at 2826 South Calhoun Street in Fort Wayne. Candidates will have the opportunity to connect with Sweetwater representatives and participate in open interviews, and complete preemployment requirements.

Seasonal employee pay starts at $15 per hour and can go up to $17.50 per hour, depending on the shift and position. That includes a $1 per-hour time and attendance bonus. Sweetwater is hiring for first shift (6AM to 2:30PM), second shift (3PM to 11:30PM), and third shift (9:30PM to 7:30AM) operations. A weekend-only option is also available part-time (7AM to 7:30PM Saturday and Sunday), and full-time (7AM to 7:30PM Saturday and Sunday, plus one day during the week). A background check is required for all applicants prior to employment.
