Sweetwater to Host Exclusive Guitar Recording Workshop with Kenny Wayne Shepherd

Fort Wayne, Indiana. — [Thursday, September 18, 2025] — Sweetwater is proud to host a guitar recording workshop featuring legendary guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepherd. This exclusive, one-day event is Saturday, October 18, on Sweetwater’s campus in Fort Wayne, Indiana. 

This intimate experience offers attendees a rare opportunity to gain insight into how Shepherd creates his signature sound. Hosted by Sweetwater’s Shawn Dealey, the full-day workshop at Sweetwater Studios will showcase Shepherd’s creative process, as well as the recording techniques used to capture his powerful sound.  

Participants will learn directly from Shepherd, a Grammy-nominated artist, and will experience Kenny’s signature Strat sound up close and personal through his amazing Dumble amps. During this unique, in-studio experience, guests will:
