Sweetwater Named to Newsweek's List of Best Companies for Customer Service 2024

Sweetwater has once again been named to Newsweek's annual list of America's Best Companies for Customer Service in Musical Equipment (Online).

Winners were selected based on an independent survey of more than 30,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. They were asked to assess brands in the following areas: quality of communications, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.

Sweetwater has been named to previous Newsweek lists, including America's Greatest Workplaces (2023), America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity (2023), Best Customer Service (2023), and Best Online Shops (2022).
