Sweetwater Welcomes 19 New Sales Engineers |
| Sweetwater is pleased to announce the hiring of 19 new sales engineers. Alex Boreson is a Wisconsin native. He relocated to Fort Wayne after going to Milwaukee Area Technical College for audio production. Alex has a background in customer service. Brandon Roebuck is from Austin, Texas. He is a recent graduate of Belmont University in Nashville with a degree in audio engineering and technology. In his most recent position, he was a technical consultant intern at Jubilate Music Group in Brentwood, Tennessee. Chad Rosencrans is from northern Minnesota and has an associate degree in criminal justice as well as electronics technology and automated systems from Northland Community and Technical College. He spent the past 12 years in the electronic component industry with his most recent position being a product manager. Chris Smith relocated to Fort Wayne from West Monroe, Louisiana. He has a degree from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences and a bachelor's degree in music business from the Northwestern State University. He has been in the audio industry for almost 10 years with different positions in audio engineering and broadcast engineering. Cole Curtis studied music technology at Purdue University Fort Wayne. Prior to joining Sweetwater, he worked as an audio engineer at Life Changing Church and has several years of experience as a warehouse supervisor from Capstone Logistics, LLC. Daniel Nesmith recently moved from Palmdale, California. He graduated from Antelope Valley College with a degree in music, recently worked for Guitar Center as a store manager, and has over 10 years of experience as a guitar instructor. Daniel Neville is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from the University of North Alabama with a bachelor's degree in entertainment technology. Before moving to Fort Wayne, he worked as a studio engineer and guitar teacher at Mason Music as well as a sales associate at Guitar Center. Hunter Myers is from Burlington, Vermont. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in music business industry from the Northern Vermont University, Lyndon campus. Prior to joining Sweetwater, he worked as an audio engineer for Higher Ground. Jake Adams is originally from southwest Florida. He attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and graduated with a bachelor's degree in digital media with an emphasis in audio. He has customer service experience from being an assistant manager for Advanced Auto as well as sales associate for UPS. Leugim Vega is originally from Puerto Rico. He has a degree in popular music from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, an expert degree in applied creativity from the Autonomous University of Madrid, and a master's degree in music production from the TAI University of Arts in Madrid, Spain. He has more than 10 years of experience in the music industry and has composed for artists in Spain, the United States, and Puerto Rico. Logan Ashman is relocating from Nashville, Tennessee, where he graduated from the Blackbird Academy with a certification in studio engineering. Prior to joining Sweetwater, he worked as a shift leader at Domino's Pizza. Lorenzo Rubi is from Brooklyn, New York. He has an associate degree in audio recording technology from the Institute of Audio Research. In addition to producing music and songwriting, he worked at Guitar Center as a head manager for over 6 years. Lucy Rhymes is originally from Louisiana. They started at Sweetwater in the concierge team in 2022 and is now moving to sales. They graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in music media with a focus in traditional fiddle. Robbie Dennison is from Elkhart, Indiana. He previously worked as a sales associate at Guitar Center in Mishawaka, Indiana. Ron is from south New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia. He has 10 years of sales experience in various fields with his most recent position being a sales representative and manager for Pella Corporation. In addition, he was a touring musician. He has an associate degree from Gloucester County College. Sean Washington is a Detroit, Michigan native. He recently graduated from Full Sail University's audio production bachelor's program. He also studied drama and theater arts at Michigan State University. For the past 15 years, he has worked as a freelance audio engineer. Steve Miller is from New York. He graduated from State University of New York, Plattsburgh with a degree in audio radio production. Prior to relocating to Fort Wayne, he worked as a finance and accounting recruiter at Addison Group. Zack Edwards was born and raised in Fort Wayne but moved to Los Angeles for a career in film and television. He spent many years as a touring musician and most recently worked as a special effects foreman in Hollywood. Zakary Guenther is from St. Louis. He has an associate degree from Southwestern Illinois College and is currently enrolled in the computer engineering program. For the last 7 years, he worked at D&D Solutions as an office administrator. |
