Sweetwater Recognized for Best Company Culture and Best CEO

Sweetwater, the country's number one eCommerce provider of music instruments and pro audio gear, today announced that it has been named to Comparably's 2022 Best Company Culture and Best CEO lists. Sweetwater was ranked 58th out of the top 100 large companies for Best Company Culture and 44th for Best CEO. The annual awards factor in survey responses from current Sweetwater employees and compare their scores and feedback against other nominees. The rankings for Best CEOs are determined by the approval ratings workers give their chief executives, while Best Company Culture is based on overall sentiment feedback from all employees in 16 different workplace culture categories.

This win comes on the heels of Comparably's Best Workplace Awards, which were released in October of this year, where Sweetwater was awarded Best Company Compensation and Best Company Perks and Benefits.
