Sweetwater Welcomes 8 New Salaried Employees

Sweetwater is pleased to announce the hiring of 8 new salaried employees.

Ben Mumma – Senior Web Software Engineer. Ben is a graduate of Anderson University with a degree in computer science. Recently he worked as a senior software developer at Ruoff Mortgage.

Brandon Irwin – Web Software Engineer. Brandon graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a degree in management information systems. He recently worked at Heartfelt Creations as a Magento cloud developer and senior programmer analyst.

Ian Fralen – Marketing Analyst. Ian is a graduate of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in business management/administration and a concentration in marketing. He joins Sweetwater after four years in public sector technology based out of Northern Virginia, where he led a marketing operations team.

Joel Witherspoon – Web Software Engineer, QA. Joel is from Georgia and is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in computer science.

Josh Culbertson – Senior Financial Analyst. Josh has a degree in business administration and management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Prior to joining Sweetwater, Josh worked for over a decade for Lincoln Financial group as a financial & operational performance analyst, business analyst, budget analyst and business metrics analyst.

Jim Keszei – Director of Safety and Security. Jim is an Indiana native, grew up in South Bend, and has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Indiana University in Bloomington. He recently retired from federal law enforcement after 20 years of service.

Julie Hacha – EP Financing Program Specialist. Julie is an Indiana native from the Fort Wayne area but has lived in Florida and Tennessee. In her previous positions, Julie has worked as a collections and payments processor at AT&T, as a quality, assurance, and records auditor at Republic Airline, and as a closing disclosure specialist at Ruoff Mortgage.

Noah Haupt – Web Software Engineer. Noah is a graduate of the University of Akron with a major in computer information systems, focusing on computer programming. Prior to joining us, Noah worked as a full stack developer at Tilmoit LLC and as a software engineer at ECS Tuning.
