Sweetwater Named to Newsweek's List of America's Best Customer Service 2023

Sweetwater has once again made the list of America's Best Customer Service, ranking as one of the top online retailers in 2023.

The rankings of best customer service brands are based on an independent survey of more than 30,000 customers. Respondents were asked whether they would recommend brands and to assess them in the following areas: quality of communications, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. The results include brick and mortar as well as online retailers and service providers from 166 categories, spanning a broad spectrum of customer experiences.

"Sweetwater is honored to be named to such a prestigious list," said Senior VP of Customer Experience David Fuhr. "We work hard to put the customer first in everything we do and are grateful to serve them on their terms."

This is Sweetwater's third year being named to the list.
