Sweetwater Welcomes 15 New Salaried Employees

Sweetwater is pleased to announce the hiring of 15 new salaried employees.

Stuart Smith, Environmental Health & Safety Manager. Stuart joins us from JB Products in Decatur, where he was the senior operations manager. Prior to that, he was the Plant Manager for Weaver Popcorn.

Carmen Tse, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Carmen recently worked as the director of financial planning & analysis for Regal Beloit Corporation. Prior to that, she was the director of budget analysis for Lincoln Financial Group.

Kyler Mills, Senior Corporate Accountant. Kyler joins Sweetwater after serving as the senior internal auditor for Parkview Hospital. He spent several years working as an audit supervisor for Baden Gage & Schroeder.

Alicia O'Neal, Training and Wellbeing Specialist. Alicia joins us from Ivy Tech Community College, where she worked as the assistant director of admissions. She is currently working on her MBA in human resources through Indiana Institute of Technology.

Debra Wegmet, Marketing Account Manager. Debra recently worked as the marketing manager for Shindigz. Prior to that, she was the director of market development for Magnifi.

Kiersten Gamby, Web Software Engineer. Kiersten joins us from United Way of Allen County where she worked as the manager for volunteer and community engagement. She attended the Eleven Fifty Academy for Web Development.

Jason Downey, Data Scientist. Jason joins us after having worked with Wells Fargo for 20 years in roles such as conduct analytics manager and campaign analytics manager & vice president.

David Aschliman, Senior Web Software Engineer. David joins Sweetwater after working for Core BTS for over a decade in roles such as solution architect, software architect and senior software engineer.

David May, Web Software Engineer. David relocated from Indianapolis, where he worked as a software engineer for Fast Enterprises, LLC. Prior to that, he worked the IT Help Desk for the University of Indianapolis while earning his degree in computer science.

Aletha DeVries, Senior Director of Inventory Planning. Aletha joins us from Shindigz, where she worked as the director of inventory planning and supply chain. Prior to that, she worked as the senior merchandise planner for Lane Bryant.

Jucoen Yeater, Business Intelligence Analyst. Jucoen has spent the last several years working as a lab instructor for Purdue University Fort Wayne. Prior to that, he worked for Aerotek and Cognos Labs.

Adam Carnahan, Datacenter Engineer. Adam was recently the system administrator for Petroleum Traders Corporation. Prior to that, he was the network & systems administrator for Fort Financial Credit Union.

Simon Ponder, DevOps Engineer. Simon recently worked as an independent contractor for Sondhi Solutions. Prior to that, he was the software development manager for Key Benefit Administrators, Inc.

Shawn Beitler, Software QA Analyst. Shawn was a software tester for Ruoff Mortgage before joining Sweetwater. Prior to that, he was the front-end assistant for Costco Wholesale Corporation.

Ray Leach, Sales Training and Development Manager. Ray recently relocated back to Fort Wayne after having lived and worked in Charlotte, North Carolina. He was the academic program manager for Pearson as well as the collegiate test prep instructor for Central Piedmont Community College.
