Sweetwater Welcomes 22 New Sales Engineers

Sweetwater is pleased to announce the hiring of 22 new sales engineers.

CJ Thompson relocated from Cincinnati, Ohio, where he worked as a sales assistant for Allied Group. Prior to that he spent several years with Guitar Center in various roles. He holds a degree in arts administration and music industry from Tiffin University.

Zach Shepard joins us from Abilene, Texas. He has spent the last several years working as a youth/associate pastor for North Park Assembly of God and was also a sales representative for N-Tune Music and Sound.

Yousef Husam has relocated from Fairfield, California, where he was a dialysis technician for DaVita, Inc. Prior to that he was an assistant manager for Sleep First. He holds a degree in criminal justice from Kaplan University.

Harry Ogrentz joins us from Chicago, Illinois. He holds a degree in multimedia arts technology from Western Michigan University. He worked as a recording engineer and composer for Morton High School.

Dakota Jones comes to us from Elkhorn, Nebraska. He is close to completing his degree in music production from Full Sail University. He recently worked as an in-house DJ for Brothers Bar and pro audio salesman for Guitar Center.

Jared Hewitt relocated from Madison Heights, Michigan. He has spent the last decade as the music director for Reconciliation Word Ministry International. He holds a degree in classical and modern languages from Wayne State University.

Austin Childress joins us from Hampton, Virginia, where has spent the last several years working as a store manager for Music & Arts. He attended Thomas Nelson Community College.

Shawn McCullough has relocated from Kennerdell, Pennsylvania. He worked as an admissions counselor for Mercyhurst University. He holds a master's degree in counselor education from University of Pennsylvania.

Joel Perfetti joins us from Homer, New York, where he recently worked as an events technician and audio engineer for BSI Production. He holds a degree in music recording technology from Finger Lakes Community College.

AJ Delong has recently relocated from West Milford, New Jersey, where he worked as a social media manager and online sales specialist for The Music Den. He holds a degree in graphic design and marketing from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.

Nate Brown joins us from Akron, Ohio. He holds a degree from Cuyahoga Community College and has spent the last several years working for Cavalier Distributing as a sales representative.

Eric Taylor has relocated from Toledo, Ohio. He worked as a streamer for Twitch as well as a sales associate for Music Go Round. He attended Lourdes University.

Ron White joins us from Anderson, Indiana, where he worked as a material analyst & production planner for Honeywell. He holds a degree in English from University of Georgia.

Will Becker comes to us from Jeffersonville, Indiana, where he is a recent graduate of Earlham College with a degree in music studies. While there, he worked as a teacher's assistant for Guitar Ensemble.

Travis Devin joins us from Longmeadow, Massachusetts. He has spent the last decade working as a recording engineer and re-recording mixer. He holds a master's degree from City University of New York.

Justin Wofford has recently relocated from Jacksonville, Florida, where he was a store manager for CMG Music. He has also worked as a departmental director for several non-profit organizations.

Bryant Wilson joins us from Eagle Mountain, Utah, where he was working as an audio-visual technician for Utah Valley University as well as a freelance audio engineer. He holds a degree in music from Snow College.

Josesph Pryer has recently relocated from Nashville, Tennessee. He is a graduate of SAE Insitute and has spent the last several years as a freelance producer as well as an installation technician for Aquent.

Michael Schmidbauer comes to us from Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Michael served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a graduate of the Master Recording Program from Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. He has recently worked as a sound & event technician for PSAV and did counter sales for AC Pro.

Tommy Heil has relocated from Eden Prairie, Minnesota and has just graduated from Full Sail University with a degree in recording arts technology.

Will Houston comes to us from Houston, Texas, where he's spent the last several years in fulfillment for Target Corp. Prior to that he was the assistant manager for Bucks Bargain Center. He is also a recent graduate of SAE Institute.

Chad Cussen is a northern Indiana native who recently moved back to Fort Wayne from Mesa, Arizona. He has spent the last several years working as an academic success specialist for Arizona State University and is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University.
