Sweetwater Recognized as One of America's Best Customer Service Brands by Newsweek

 
Sweetwater, the world's leading music technology and instrument retailer, has been named to Newsweek's list of America's Best Customer Service 2022. The honor recognizes the nation's leading companies committed to the following areas: quality of communications, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility. Sweetwater ranked #1 in Newsweek's Best Companies for Customer Service list in 2019, and was named to its list of Best Online Shops earlier this year, as well.

The 2022 Best Customer Service list was selected based on an independent survey of more than 25,000 U.S. customers. Newsweek sourced whether or not shoppers would recommend brands - both online retailers and service providers - spanning 161 product categories, including leisure, beauty, clothing, and home goods. The final list highlights the top 3-5 brands leading their respective industry categories.
