Sweetwater Achieves Top Spot on Newsweek's America's Best Trending Online Shops 2021 List

Sweetwater, the world's leading music technology and instrument retailer, has been awarded on Newsweek's list of America's Best Trending Online Shops 2021. This prestigious award is presented by Newsweek and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

America's Best Trending Online Shops 2021 were selected based on an evaluation consisting of objective KPIs around sales, traffic, and platform quality. In total, more than 10,000 of the largest online shops were evaluated using Statista and online databases, online directories and price comparison websites. The online shops had to meet the following criteria:

*At least 1,000,000 annual website visits in the US
*Growth in both traffic and revenue
*More than 50% of sales coming from the US

Previously, Sweetwater has been recognized on Newsweek's 2021 Best Online Shops list, which honors the nation's best companies providing the most convenient, reliable online shopping and customer experience. In 2019, Sweetwater ranked #1 in Newsweek's Best Companies for Customer Service list for receiving high marks from customers in a survey of regional and national retailers.
