Sweetwater Welcomes 19 New Employees

 
Sweetwater is pleased to announce the hiring of 19 new salaried employees.

Jesse Fry – Sales Engineer. Jesse has recently relocated from Oswego, New York, where he spent the last five years in the restaurant industry. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and is a graduate of Full Sail University.

Taylor Grande – Sales Engineer. Taylor moved to Fort Wayne after spending the last several years in the Seattle, Washington area. He worked as a production manager for Jaxjox and as a freelance audio producer.

Andres Sosa – Sales Engineer. Andres is originally from Merida, Venezuela but moved to Fort Wayne from Hermitage, Tennessee. He was the owner and operator of 5053x Music, LLC and holds a degree in audio technology from SAE Institute in Atlanta.

Zac Coleman – Sales Engineer. Zac is a Chicago native who spent most of the last decade working as a coordinator for the music department for Park Ridge Park District Schools. He holds a degree in music from Northeastern Illinois University.

Matthew Kardys – Sales Engineer. Matthew is from Hoagland, Indiana. He spent several years working for Hoagland Pizza before relocating to Colorado for a brief period. He holds a certificate from The Recording Workshop.

Max Rapp – Sales Engineer. Max relocated from Vernon Hills, Illinois, where he spent the last several years in the brewing industry working as a warehouse manager for Phase Three Brewing and tap room manager for More Brewing Company. He holds a degree from Berklee College of Music.

Drew Newstrom – Sales Engineer. Drew relocated from Willis, Texas and recently completed a degree in recording arts and audio engineering from MediaTech Institute.

Alex Jasiak – Sales Engineer. Alex is from Oswego, Illinois and prior to joining Sweetwater he owned and operated Jasiak Studios and was a worship leader for Crossroads Community Church.

Tony Velez – Sales Engineer. Tony relocated to Fort Wayne from Jackson, New Jersey. He spent the last decade as a freelance music producer and owner of Profound Event Group. He holds a degree in business studies from Stockton University.

Alan Reyes –Sales Engineer. Alan comes to Sweetwater from Muncie where he worked as a day trader. Prior to moving to Muncie, he spent over a decade in Nashville working as a master pick artisan for V Picks Guitar Picks as well as a landlord for several rental properties.

Justin Eisenbraun – Sales Engineer. Justin is a Chicago area native who spent the last couple of years as a venue musician for Celebrity Cruises. Prior to that he worked as the assistant director for UpBeat Music and Arts as well as a guitar instructor for School of Rock.

Andy Wirtz – Sales Engineer. Andy is from Brook Park, Ohio, where he recently graduated from Baldwin Wallace with an arts management & entrepreneurship degree. During school he participated in several music marketing internships for business such as River Gallery, Grog Shop and Beachland Ballroom and Tavern.

Vincent Davis – Sales Engineer. Vincent recently relocated from Spring, Texas, where he worked as a staff engineer for Barron Studios. He holds a diploma in recording arts from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.

Alex McKinney – Sales Engineer.Alex has recently moved from Chicago, where he spent the last couple of years working as a videographer for City Church as well as a Barista for Dollop Coffee. He holds a degree in communications from Purdue University.

Chris Rice – Sales Engineer. Chris returns to Sweetwater after spending several years in Texas. He worked as a self- employed studio producer and provided consulting for A/V and live sound installation. Prior to that he was a special operations supervisor for Sigma Pro Engineering & Manufacturing.

Craig Edgar – Sales Engineer. Craig recently relocated from Katy, Texas, where he worked as a music teacher for Saint Cecilia Catholic School. Prior to that he spent several years as the director of bands for The Village School. He holds a degree in music from the University of Nebraska.

Paul Burcham – HVAC Maintenance Technician. Paul is a Fort Wayne area native who recently worked for Holland Trucking as a CDL truck driver. Prior to that he spent a decade in the U.S. Air Force as a facilities maintenance tech and munitions tech.

Jay Walters – Application Support Technician. Jay recently relocated from Jacksonville, Florida, where he worked in the restaurant industry as well as a data curator for Duos Technology. He holds a degree in computer science from University of North Florida.

Matthew Heck – Web Software Engineer. Matthew is from the Leo/Grabill area and is working toward a degree in computer science from Indiana Wesleyan University. While in school, he worked as a tutor for the college.
