Sweetwater Recognized as One of America's Best Online Shops by Newsweek

 
Sweetwater, the world's leading music technology and instrument retailer, has been named to Newsweek's list of America's Best Online Shops 2021. The annual award recognizes the nation's best companies providing the most convenient, reliable online shopping and customer experience. Sweetwater ranked 4th within the Musical Equipment category. In 2019, Sweetwater ranked #1 in Newsweek's Best Companies for Customer Service list for receiving high marks from customers in a survey of regional and national retailers.

The Best Online Shops 2021 were selected based on an extensive research effort that began with a thorough screening process. Newsweek performed detailed testing of each online shop and conducted a nationwide survey of over 8,000 American online shoppers.

Survey participants were asked to evaluate online shops on Trust & Security, Structure & Usability, Payment, Purchase & Delivery, Service & Communication, Technical Performance, and Likelihood of Purchase. Out of the thousands of online retailers Newsweek evaluated, only 1,000 have been awarded in 8 industries and 39 different categories, and Sweetwater is ecstatic to be recognized as one of Newsweek's awardees this year.
