Sweetwater Welcomes 25 New Salaried Employees

Sweetwater is pleased to announce the hiring of 25 new employees.

Andrew Bridgewater – Data Analytics & Reporting. Andrew earned an MBA from the University of Saint Francis and has spent the last several years working for USF.

Tracy Hoot – Production Artist. Tracy will be working on our marketing team. She has almost 20 years of work experience for companies like Britton Marketing & Design and Shindigz.

Jaison Kasischke – Lead Chef & Kitchen Manager. Jaison is a Fort Wayne native and has worked as a chef at Arbor Glen, Holiday Inn, Ramada Inn and Fort Wayne Country Club.

Jillian Thompson – Digital Designer. After graduating from Purdue University, Jillian spent time working in Lafayette. She joins our marketing department.

Dinh La – DC Production Supervisor. Dinh will be serving as our 3rd shift production manager. He has recently spent time on the west coast working in the warehouse environment.

Sam Ahlersmeyer – Indirect Sourcing Manager. Sam has recently relocated from Indianapolis to work in our accounting department. He has spent the last several years working as a global category manager for Rolls-Royce North America.

Zach Pratt – Software Engineer. Zach is a Fort Wayne native who holds a degree in computer science. He has spent the last several years working as a software developer for Vocera.

Bruce Smith – Production Supervisor. Bruce recently relocated from Bay City, Michigan. He has several years of experience in managing distribution, most recently with Menards.

Robert Gerwig – Senior VP of Distribution. Robert relocated from Naperville, Illinois, bringing over 20 years of manufacturing and distribution experience from companies like Macy's, Zappos, and Lexmark.

Alice Runion – IT Business Analyst. Alice spent the last several years as a business analyst for Vera Bradley. She holds a degree in business economics from Ball State University.

Maggie Barrera – Human Resources Specialist. Maggie is a Warsaw native who has spent the last several years working in the boating and RV industries. She joins our team as a HR specialist in our distribution center.

Aaron Andersen – Sales Engineer. Aaron is from northwest Indiana and holds a degree in graphic design. He's spent the last ten years working in that field for several companies throughout the country.

Steven Graham – Sales Engineer. Steven relocated to Fort Wayne from Louisville, Kentucky. He has spent the last five years working as a bartender in various hotels and a distillery.

Will Simms – Sales Engineer. Will is originally from Southington, Connecticut, and has lived in Indianapolis for the past two years, working on a degree in music technology at IUPUI.

Sunni Brandon – Sales Engineer. Sunni recently relocated from Fremont, Ohio where she studied music technology and recording arts at a local community college. She graduated with an associate's degree in applied science.

Jamie Hoye – Sales Engineer. Jamie is a New Jersey native and a recent graduate of the University of Memphis. While attending college, Jamie worked for the college as an audio/video technician.

Mande Ramirez – Sales Engineer. Mande is originally from Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He loves electronic music and has been a DJ for 8 years. Mande is also a producer, mixer and recording engineer and has experience in live audio and post-production audio for film.

Justin Dunn – Sales Engineer. Justin recently relocated from Waterbury, Vermont. Justin has been a church worship director before coming to Sweetwater and also has a background in studio mixing, recording, live sound, lighting, video, and photography.

Joseph Butcher – Sales Engineer. Joseph is originally from Dallas, Texas and completed a degree from Brigham Young University. During college he worked as an audio engineer for the school and started his own business as a self-employed keyboardist, composer and audio engineer.

Kazim Sultan – Sales Engineer. Kazim is originally from Pembroke Pines, Florida and earned his music technology degree from Broward College.
Landon Holloway – Sales Engineer. Landon is originally from Murfreesboro, Tennessee where he attended Middle Tennessee State University as an audio production major.

Alex Roderick – Sales Engineer. Alex recently relocated from Burbank, California. He graduated from Berklee College of Music with a degree in contemporary writing and production.

Damon Spragia – Sales Engineer. Damon was born and raised in northwest Indiana and has spent the last 12 years working as a communications technician for Comcast.

Michael Rennaker – Sales Engineer. Michael is from Kokomo, Indiana and has taught percussion for Western and Zionsville High Schools for the last five years. He was also an adjunct percussion instructor at Indiana University Kokomo.

Brian Pruett – Sales Engineer. Brian recently moved to Fort Wayne from Conover, North Carolina. He holds an audio production degree from Fullsail University and has spent the last 15 years working as a manufacturing associate for a telecommunications company.
