Sweetwater Hires 26 New Sales Engineers

 
Sweetwater is pleased to announce the recent hiring of 26 new Sales Engineers.

Brad DiCarlo - Brad graduated from Butler University in 2014 with a degree in Recording Industry Studies. He was the co-founder of the band Shiny Penny and has recently worked as the Director of Young Adult Ministry for the Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church.

Colton Kreuzer - Colton was born and raised in Arizona and went to the University of Arizona for electrical engineering and classical guitar performance. He worked as a material handler for Roche in Arizona and has spent the last several years also being a private guitar instructor.

Curtis Gough - Curtis is originally from Springfield, Illinois but has relocated from Rexburg, Idaho where he worked as a post-production and broadcast audio assistant engineer for Brigham Young University.

Hayden Flack - Hayden comes to Sweetwater from Snellville, Georgia. He studied audio engineering at the Atlanta Institute of Music and had the privilege to work in many of Atlanta's top recording studios over the past decade.

Billy Albers - Billy has recently relocated from White Plains, New York where worked the last several years for the Muzic Store as their Live Sound Engineer. He has a degree from Mercy College in Music Industry & Technology.


Tony Greer - Tony joins Sweetwater from Chillicothe, Ohio. He has spent the last ten years as the senior instructor & engineer for The Recording Workshop. He has also worked as a systems tech for MAD systems and the head of sound for Tecumseh Outdoor Drama.

Nate Barringer - Nate is originally from the Detroit area and has a degree in Music with a focus on classical guitar. He has spent the last several years working as a bartender and recently became a co-owner of a rap label based in Ann Arbor, Michigan called Lachéte Records, LLC.

Nick Brown - Originally from Albany, New York, Nick has relocated with his family from Erie, Pennsylvania and spent the last decade working as a general manager for a large music retailer.

Henry Moore - Henry is from Goshen, Indiana, where he's spent the last several years as the owner and chief engineer for 462 Audio. He studied Graphic Design at Purdue Fort Wayne and has audio & engineering certification from Azmyth School of Music Technology.

Matt Christopherson - Matt joins Sweetwater from Long Beach, California. He has spent the last 12 years as a commercial accounts manager for ProSound and Stage Lighting. He has also been an independent disc jockey for the last 19 years.

Steven Steward - Steven is originally from Southern California and has over 20 years of music retail experience, most recently with Nick Rail Music. Steven is a long-time martial artist with a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and has found new obsession in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

Tyler Henry - Tyler is originally from Huntington, Indiana and recently returned after spending a few years in Minnesota attending the McNally Smith College of Music. He has worked for Snider Insurance Company and Bendix.

Jake Barker - Jake has recently been promoted to the role of Sales Engineer. He started with Sweetwater as a sales apprentice. Prior to this he spent several years as a Supervisor for Biolife Plasma Services.



Nolan Dye - Nolan is a Fort Wayne native who has been promoted to the role of Sales Engineer. Nolan has been with Sweetwater for several years and worked in the Distribution Center as well as the Sales Department as an account coordinator.

Cliff Franklin - Cliff has relocated from Terre Haute, Indiana. He holds degrees in Music Education and English from Indiana State University. He has spent the last several years as a sales associate for Staples as well as an intern for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship.

Bryan Leo - Bryan is originally from Brookfield, Connecticut and after high school made the move to Mesa, Arizona, where he went to college at the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences (CRAS). He studied audio engineering, music production, live sound, and more. Bryan moved to Washington State where he interned at a recording studio and worked for 2 years as an AV integrator designing and installing professional audio equipment systems.

Jay Lawson - Jay has recently relocated from Nashville, Tennessee, where he has spent the last several years as an Uber driver. Prior to that, he was a website content manager for Super-PC.

David Yanes - David comes to Fort Wayne from Indianapolis and prior to joining Sweetwater was a sales consultant with Best Buy and a master control operator with Tribune Broadcast Media. David earned his degree in Telecommunications/Digital Production from Ball State in 2016.

Eric Matthews - Eric joins Sweetwater from Fort Smith, Arkansas where he was the owner and general manager for Garrison Music Company. Eric was also a guitar technician for 920 D Custom Shop/Sigler Music Online for five years.

Bo Freeman - Bo is originally from Yates Center, Kansas but recently relocated from Sanford, Florida. He holds a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University. He has worked as an event technology specialist for PSAV and as an audio technology contractor for several churches.

Todd Kitchen - Todd joins Sweetwater from Boston, Massachusetts, where he recently completed his PhD in Music Theory from Brandeis University. He has worked as a music production studio technician for Middlesex Community College as well as a concert manager for Brandeis University's Music Department. He also produces a podcast called Contemporary ClassiCAST.

Logan Neher - Originally from Columbia City, Logan is a recent Ball State graduate earning a degree in Music Media Production with a minor in Jazz and Commercial Music. Prior to joining Sweetwater, Logan was an electronics associate at a large retailer.

Zac Borland - Zac Borland grew up in the western part of Arizona on the Colorado River. He attended Full Sail University and graduated with a degrees in Business Entertainment and Audio Production. Zac was recently the owner of Print Haus Chicago.

Danny Bennett - Danny has been promoted to the role of Sales Engineer. He has been with Sweetwater since November of 2019. He holds a degree in Music Engineering from University of Miami.

Nadeam Addray'ie - Nadeam has been promoted to the role of Sales Engineer. He started his career with Sweetwater in 2019 as a packer in the Distribution Center. Prior to that he was the assistant/deputy general manager for Regal Entertainment.

Phil Horton - Phil has been promoted to the role of Sales Engineer. He started with Sweetwater as an equipment operator in the Distribution Center. He also owns Check 1-2, a live sound production company. He studied Automotive Technology at both University of Northern Ohio and Ivy Tech.
