Sweetwater Hires 6 New Employees

Sweetwater is pleased to announce the recent hiring of 6 new employees.

Rashaam Hill – Staff Accountant, Sweet Family of Companies. Rashaam joins Sweetwater as a Staff Accountant, supporting the Sweet Family of Companies. He graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Indiana Tech where he also played soccer and volunteered with several local organizations. He is currently completing his M.B.A. and most recently worked as a Staff Accountant at Ward Corp.

Molly Papier – Account Manager, Sweet Family of Companies. Molly joins us from Purdue Fort Wayne where she was the Lead Designer and Account Manager creating printed and digital materials for recruiting, retention and image development.

Jake Jenkins – Copywriter. Jake has relocated from Port Washington, WI where he was a Research Team Lead and copywriter for a company that researched best practice case studies and resources for U.S. hospitals. He has a Bachelors in English Literature & Creative Writing from University of Wisconsin.

David Stineburg – IT Business Analyst. David is a Fort Wayne native and is joining our team as an IT Business Analyst. Recently, he was the Director of Finance at Dynamic Transport in Elkhart, IN. Prior to that held the role of Assistant Director of Admissions and Senior Business Analyst at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Matt Smithers – Software Engineer. Matt recently relocated from Upland, IN. He has worked as a Web Manager for Vandor Corporation in Richmond and has had the opportunity to work on several interesting projects such as a redesign of Taylor University's website and a software project for the Department of Defense.

Bo Payton – Software Engineer. Bo is from the Indianapolis area where he most recently served as a Software Engineer for Orchard Software. He has a degree in Mathematics from Indiana University. While earning his degree he also worked as a Graduate Assistant Instructor.
