Sweetwater Hires Five New Employees

Fort Wayne, IN, April 30, 2018 — Sweetwater recently hired five employees, filling key new positions.

Vice President of Merchandising Bob "Shep" Shepherd worked at Guitar Center's corporate offices in Westlake, California, where he was Director of Merchandise for three different divisions. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, holds a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama, and has completed most of the coursework toward a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.

Senior Vice President of Distribution, Supply Chain Logistics and Fulfillment Jeris Noye began his career in various supply chain management roles at WalMart and then moved to Family Dollar in several Regional and Vice Presidential roles. He was responsible for building the one million square foot facility in Ashley, Indiana. He has a BBA in International Business from Harding University and an MBA from Florida State.

Executive Human Resources Generalist Kelli Roach spent the past three years at Grabill Cabinet Company, where she provided all HR functions for 200 employees. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from IPFW and a Masters in Management from Indiana Wesleyan.

Social Media Coordinator Justin Lesperance is from South Bend, IN, where he was employed with HARMAN International and was responsible for the posting and monitoring of social media marketing efforts for more than 20 brands. He is a graduate of Ferris State University with a degree in Technical and Professional Communications.

Web Programmer Brad Neeley is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he studied mathematics and management. He has worked for Our Sunday Visitor as a software developer.
