Sweetwater Hires 13 New Employees

Fort Wayne, IN, November 16, 2016 — Sweetwater recently hired 13 new employees, including eight new Sales Engineers. Nine of the 13 moved to Fort Wayne from out-of-state.

Sales Engineer Donald Belleville is from Florida and has over 25 years of retail experience with Apple, JC Penney, Banana Republic, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, and more.

Sales Engineer Rich Conley, from Defiance, OH, received his Specialist Certificate in Recording and Production from Berklee School of Music in Boston.

Sales Engineer Andy Hoye is from Kansas City, MO, where he has been the Broadcast Sound Supervisor for the International House of Prayer (IHOP) for the last 8 years.

Sales Engineer Allison Swingley is from Huber Heights, OH. She is a 2016 Ball State University graduate with a Bachelor's in Music Media Production.

Sales Engineer Alana Aguirre is from Oregon and has been with Guitar Center for six years. She has helped manage stores in Southern California, Las Vegas, and Tucson.

Sales Engineer Ryan Ashby is a graduate of California State University - Dominquez Hills. He was the Manager of Music for A&E/Lifetime Networks for three years, where he negotiated contracts and license agreements with music publishers and labels.

Sales Engineer TJ Jackson is from Georgia and spent nine years in the United States Marine Corps. Later, he went to Savannah College of Art for Sound Design and S.A.E. to get his Audio Technical Diploma.

Sales Engineer Shawn Easterling is from West Virginia, and went to college for Music Education at Warner University in Florida. He received his Master of Divinity from Indiana Wesleyan in 2013.

Assistant Buyer Wes Osborn has a Bachelor's Degree in Music Technology from Saint Francis.

Creative Writer Matt Deck spent 15 years at Brand Innovation Group where he was responsible for creative writing and art direction. He is a graduate of Purdue University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communications Design.

Copy Editor Brook Floyd and his family are relocating from Kahului, Hawaii. He has 15 years of experience in newspaper publications and as an owner of multiple recording studios.

Material Handler Evan Stuerzenberger is a graduate of IPFW with a degree in Vocal Performance.

Accounts Payable Specialist Kara Guidinger was a billing coordinator for Pediatric Associates Inc. She is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College in Trenton, New Jersey, where she majored in communications.
