Sweetwater Hires 21 New Employees

Fort Wayne, IN, October 17, 2016 — Sweetwater recently hired 21 new employees, including 14 new Sales Engineers. Twelve of the 21 moved to Fort Wayne from out-of-state.

Sales Manager Neil Anderson has a very strong background in the music retail industry, including a successful career with Guitar Center in a number of roles, such as District Manager in New Jersey. Neil graduated with an Associate's Degree in Recording Engineering from Full Sail University.

Sales Engineer Brian Bowersox is from Orlando, Florida. He is a graduate of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, with a Worship and Music Ministry degree. In 2012 he obtained a second degree from Valencia in Music and Sound Technology.

Sales Engineer Mitch Fraizer is a graduate of South Side High School. For the last two years, he was the Head of Sales for Street Legal Guitars in Austin, TX, and used to work for B Sharp Guitars here in Fort Wayne.

Sales Engineer James Wroblewski is a Full Sail University (Orlando) graduate with a Bachelor's in Recording Arts.

Sales Engineer Nick Nevins is a telecommunications graduate from Ball State University.

Sales Engineer Cristian Good is from Goshen, IN, where he graduated from Goshen College with his BA in Music.

Sales Engineer Enej Begovic is from Bosnia, and received his Recording Arts degree in May from California State University.

Sales Engineer Caleb Lowrey is from Yonkers, New York, and is a graduate of Sarah Lawrance College with a BA in Liberal Arts.

Sales Engineer Damon Mitchell is a graduate of Robinson High School in Robinson, IL. He is the co-founder of his band Grapevine Fires, and has recorded several times at Sweetwater Studios.

Sales Engineer Ian Rickard is from Fortville, IN, and obtained his degree in Audio Engineering from Audio Recording Technology Institute in Orlando, FL.

Sales Engineer Cliff Hackleman is a Kansas native who obtained his degree from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences.

Sales Engineer CJ Brown is a native of Kansas and a graduate of Labette Community College where he obtained an Associates Degree in Recording Arts.

Sales Engineer Nick Tamez is from Fayetteville, NC, and worked for Edwards Music Company, Guitar Center, and, most recently, Cape Fear Music Center as their Retail Manager.

Sales Engineer Matt McGowen is a Snider High School graduate who went on to get his Bachelors in Management from Purdue University.

Sales Engineer Brian Dillon is from Murfreesboro, TN, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry and Audio Production.

Partner Marketing Manager Natalie Tauer is from Salt Lake City, Utah, where she was a Sales Director for Pro Audio and represented many product lines in the Rocky Mountain states. Natalie is a graduate of Northern Illinois University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Fine Art and then pursued her Master's Degree in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL.

Marketing Coordinator Chelsey Reber is from Fort Wayne, but received her bachelor's degree from New Mexico State University.

Theatre Technician Spencer Secoy is from Dania Beach, Florida. He has a Bachelor's in Recording Industry from Middle Tennessee State University.

Business Office Assistant Andy Salamanca is an IPFW student working on his Bachelor's in Finance.

Repair Coordinator Jeffery Moore handled administrative duties for the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. He holds a Master's Degree in Fine Arts and Theater from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Support Technician Anders Finkelson is from Minneapolis, MN, and is a graduate of McNally Smith College of Music with a degree in audio engineering.
