Sweetwater Hires 12 New Employees

Fort Wayne, IN, April 12, 2016 — Sweetwater recently hired 12 new employees, including seven new Sales Engineers. Four of the 12 moved to Fort Wayne from out-of-state.

Sales Engineer Andrew Hoskins is a graduate of Northrop High School and worked for Anthony Wayne Services for six years, then was the Operations Manager at The Toy Pit for three years.

Sales Engineer Rob Pelance is from Goshen, IN and received his Bachelors in Technical Theater and Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan. He was the Technical Director for the Embassy Theater.

Sales Engineer Thomas Leahy is from Virginia Beach and has a BS in Film and Music Production from James Madison University. He also owns his own production company called Treetop Recordings.

Sales Engineer Maryann Shirley is from Destin, Florida, and is a graduate of Florida State University with a BA in Commercial Music.

Sales Engineer Brian Hughes worked in New York City for Fat Beats Distribution. He has album credits from several artists, including Jay Z and 50 Cent.

Sales Engineer Sam Dowty is a graduate of Huntington University with a BS in Worship Leadership.

Sales Engineer Jason Seger has lived in the Los Angeles area since 2001. Jason has been a drummer for several bands in Michigan and California.

Sales Assistant Leah Goeglein is a Fort Wayne native and worked for Web Graphics, Inc. as an Administrative Assistant for the last two years.

Video Creative Director Kelly Lynch is a northeast Indiana native who studied film and video production at the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles and Columbia University in Chicago. He is active in The River Front Project and Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana. He was named one of Fort Wayne's "40 under 40" in 2013.

Concierge Taylor Boutall is an IPFW student working toward a degree in elementary education.

Support Technician Administrative Assistant Sara Darmawan is a student at Ivy Tech, where she is studying healthcare.

Accounting Specialist Emily Renner is studying at Ivy Tech for her B.A. in Accounting.
