Sweetwater Hires 14 New Employees

Fort Wayne, IN, February 24, 2016 — Sweetwater recently hired 14 new employees, including 5 new Sales Engineers. Six of the 14 moved to Fort Wayne from out-of-state.

Sales Engineer Jon Faloon has a Bachelors Degree in Photography and Philosophy from Ball State University and has worked at Refresh Design Studios in Muncie.

Sales Engineer Michael Morgan is from Walkerton, IN. He has a Masters in Recording from CRAS in Tempe, AZ. Most recently, he was the Front of House Engineer at the Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad, CA.

Sales Engineer Josh Sackett comes from Canandaiuga, New York, where he recently received his Associates in Music Recording from Finger Lakes Community College.

Sales Engineer Drew Lehman moved from Cottonwood, Utah, where he had been working as a parts consultant at a Volkswagen dealership. Prior to that, he served 7 years in the United States Marine Corps.

Sales Engineer Will Crisp is from High Point, NC. He was the owner and operator of Crisp Sound Studios for 3 years.

Executive Assistant Kim Wagner worked at IPFW for the past 12 years, most recently as the Chief of Staff for the Chancellor. She is a Fort Wayne native who graduated from Northrop High School and went on to obtain a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a Master's Degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, both at IPFW.

Credit Analyst Erica Howell has a solid background in banking starting out as a Service Manager at Wells Fargo, and most recently as the Assistant Branch Manager at Profed Credit Union.

Controller Marc Baumann spent the past six years as first Assistant Controller, and then Acting Controller, at Crossroads RV in Topeka, Indiana.

Marketing Creative Director Tommy Moore was the User Experience Architect & Designer at Vera Bradley, where he was responsible for managing the online experience. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Art & Advertising from Pensacola Christian College and an Associates Degree in Web Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Information Security Analyst Tyler Schmidtke recently worked for Crowe Horwath, in Chicago, as an Information Security Consultant.

Support Technician Jake Schmidtendorff is from White Pigeon, Michigan, where he worked in a manufacturing plant that constructed the doors for FedEx and UPS trucks.

Support Technician Daniel Holmes served in the U.S. Army, and holds two Bachelor's Degrees from Full Sail in Music Production and Recording Arts.

Support Technician Trey Stemen is currently a student at St. Francis, studying Music Technology.

Downbeat Diner Hospitality Specialist Jennifer Bermejo is a Fort Wayne native and graduate of Carroll High School and Indiana University in Bloomington with a degree in apparel. She spent the last ten years in the fashion industry in New York City working as a Production Manager for a number of manufacturers.
