Sweetwater Hires 19 New Employees

 
Fort Wayne, IN, November 24, 2015 — Sweetwater recently hired 19 new employees, including 8 new Sales Engineers, bringing total employment at Sweetwater to more than 950.

Sales Engineer Jonathan Casarow is from Clearwater, FL , and recently graduated from Florida State University with a degree in commercial music and a minor in business.

Sales Engineer Nicholas Weaver has a BS in Biology Pre-Med from Ball State and a Masters of Business at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, MI. He is the creator of the annual local music festival "Pinestock" in Churubusco.

Sales Engineer Adam Szmurlo is from Hoffman Estates, IL. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering form Harper College and a BA in Audio Arts and Acoustics from Columbia College in Chicago.

Sales Engineer Nate Periat is from Denver. Most recently, he was the front of house engineer for The Roxy Theater.

Sales Engineer Jason Cannon has been teaching guitar, bass, drums, and theory at Conser Music here in Fort Wayne for 17 years.

Sales Engineer Andrew Davis is from Elkhart, IN, and graduated from Ball State in 2010 with a BA in Music Production.

Sales Engineer Daniel Vranic is from Parma, OH, and is a graduate of Cuyahoga Community College with a degree in recording arts and technology.

Sales Engineer Danny Reese is a graduate of Capital University in Columbus, OH, with a degree in music performance.

Sales Assistant Adam Lill has been working for Biaggi's for the past 2 1/2 years.

Sales Assistant Chris Magdich has been a sargent in the Allen County Sheriff's Department for the past 11 years.

Retail Store Merchandiser Mike Horn recently retired from the United States Post Office, where he worked for 33 years.

Web Designer Josh Wenning worked for Marathon Technology Group, where he was responsible for Web Design.

Production Artist Alicia Smith is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where she studied media arts and design.

Risk Management Analyst Kelly Heath worked for the Fire and Police City/County Credit Union for the last 17 years.

IT Ops Engineer David Stahl worked for Red Hat as a software engineer.

Support Technician Mat Smith is from Shelton, CT, has an Associates Degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University in Orlando.

Customer Factory Repair Coordinator Jae Bryant worked at Chessex Manufacturing as a member of their production team.

Receptionist Priscilla Macias is a student at the University of Saint Francis.

Product Tester David Schownir worked with Copper Chord Music in Huntington, IN, as a Service Technician.
