Sweetwater Hires 19 New Employees

Fort Wayne, IN, August 14, 2015 - Sweetwater recently hired 19 new employees, including 10 new Sales Engineers, bringing total employment at Sweetwater to more than 900. Nine of the new employees come from outside Indiana.

Sales Engineer Casey Gerlach is from Orlando, Florida, where he has been studying audio engineering at the Florida Institute of Recording, Sound, and Technology.

Sales Engineer Rob Kramer has spent two years as a guitar apprentice at Mouradian Guitar in Boston, Massachusetts.He graduated from Berklee College of Music.

Sales Engineer Ryan Beluk is from Norwalk, Connecticut. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Music and Sound Recording from the University of New Haven.

Sales Engineer Dan Robinson is from Brandon, Mississippi. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting & Digital Media from Cedarville University.

Sales Engineer Evan Neiman is from Wheeling, West Virginia. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Audio Technology from West Liberty University.

Sales Engineer Drew Owens has his Bachelor's of Music in Composition and Sonic Arts Technology from Ball State University.

Sales Engineer Ryan Grostefon graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Tempe, Arizona.

Sales Engineer Jon Amato has spent the last four years as the Percussion Director at Tri West High School.

Sales Engineer Katie Friend has a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from IPFW.

Sales Engineer Andrew Teeple has a degree from Full Sail University.

Sales Manager Jon Hernandez is from Phoenix, Arizona, where he was the District Manager for Guitar Center.

Guitar Operations Manager Wade Owen has run his own local guitar repair shop for the past 10 years. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Purdue.

Accountant Jessica Wallace has an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech. She has been with Partner's First Federal Credit Union as an Accounts Payable and Compliance Specialist.

Performance Theatre Technical Crew Member Erin Burnison is from Normal, Illinois, and graduated with a certificate in sound engineering from The Blackbird Academy.

Proofreader Debbie Combs was an Adjunct Professor at Indiana Wesleyan and the University of St. Francis.She holds a Master's Degree in Teaching from LeMoyne College.

Returns Administrator Heather Herriman is from Tennessee. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Audio Production from the Art Institute in Tennessee.

Merchandising Team Member Nick Hammer is a graduate of the Music Media Production program at Ball State University.

Digital Assets Coordinator Dave McCall graduated from Grace College with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Drawing.

Print Shop Team Member Kevin Haire worked at Creative Sign Resources.
