Don Felder Visits Sweetwater Campus

 
Legendary Eagles guitarist Don Felder recently visited Sweetwater. A long-time Sweetwater customer, Felder presented a full-day workshop for 15 aspiring songwriters. He also recorded, with Sweetwater Editorial Director Mitch Gallagher, the 100th episode of Sweetwater's "Guitars and Gear" video program, and, that evening, performed with Mitch's Eagles Tribute Band to a packed house. His appearance at Sweetwater was partially sponsored by Gibson Guitars. Pictured are Mitch Gallagher (left) and Don Felder, with Mitch holding the No. 1 prototype for Gibson's remake of Felder's 1959 Les Paul, and Felder the iconic double-neck Gibson on which he performed the Eagles' biggest hit, "Hotel California."
