After Bob Moog got his start building Theremins, he went on to create the now-iconic Moog synthesizers that have shaped modern music, from classical to pop to jazz and experimental. Today Moog Music produces a 21st-century version of the Minimoog and an array of Moogerfooger processors. The industry was saddened to hear of Dr. Robert Moog’s death in 2005. But the sound of Moog lives on in music around the world.
