Powerful and precise gain range
The True Systems pT2-500D serves up to 76dB of gain, courtesy of a detented gain control. The pT2-500D's formidable gain range is perfect for low-output dynamic mics, and the detented control makes it easy to recall gain settings anytime.

Optimized for dynamic and ribbon mics
True Systems equipped the pT2-500D with a high-impedance input that's perfect for dynamic and ribbon mics. You'll be able to capture the delicate details that your ribbon mic picks up, but other mic preamps don't. And since dynamics and ribbons don't need phantom power, you won't even find it on the pT2-500D.

Instrument DI with Thru output
First off, you'll love the sound of the True Systems pT2-500D as an instrument DI.
