Remote Control for the Grace Designs m904 Monitor Control System If you've recognized the need for high quality monitoring in your studio and already have a Grace Designs m904 high fidelity monitoring control system, but are unable to put a 2U rackmount device in convenient reach to your listening area, the optional m904 Remote Control Unit (RCU) is the answer. The m904 Remote Control Unit (RCU) provides an identical user interface as the front panel of the m904 high fidelity monitoring system's main chassis. The RCU is conveniently powered via the supplied 25' remote cable, which also carries communications and a single headphone feed for the jack on the RCU. Connection to the m904 optional remote control unit is provided via this HD15 connector, which carries RS244 serial data, DC power and headphone signals. Using the m904RCU is identical to operating the stand alone m904. The only real change in system operation is that now you haave access to three headphone jacks- two on the main chassis (which remain active) and the additional jack located on the top edge of the RCU.
