The m201 uses a fully balanced, transformerless design with a fast, musical transimpedance amplifier architecture. No electrolytic capacitors are present in the signal path and its high current output section is able to drive extremely long cable runs (up to 1,500 feet). Kenny BergleBeautifully clear and clean with tons of headroom (and even up to 70dB in the 'ibbon mode), this Grace preamp is no exception to the wonderful build-quality and audio excellence of the whole Grace line. This 2-channel version goes well with any mic (where one wants clear, transparent, un-colored results), one of my favs to use with this pre is the Royer SF-24 stereo ribbon. Also Mike and Eben and all the Grace employees are super with supporting Sweetwater customers. Love their stuff! Also popular
