I've had this for about 4 years now, and it did take some getting used to. But especially when working with my laptop studio, I keep coming back to this controller. My favorite feature is its poly key aftertouch, which is a rare feature these days, particularly at this price. The bluetooth functionality is also very cool, but I have it USB connected to my computer most of the time, so it's always fully charged if I want to use it remotely with an iPad, etc. I would highly recommend this or any CME product - they have consistently been at the forefront of wireless MIDI.

This is a handy little doodad that connects remarkably easily to my iPad via GarageBand. I"ve taken this on a cruise and played on the deck (yes, I"m "that guy") — I have worked out parts for transcription on it, have used it to practice in bed at night while watching TV, etc. The full sized keys are great. I have the 37 keys for two octaves — much better for my practicing. Didn"t know how much I would like this thing – technically, I don"t really need it — but if it got stolen, I would replace it ASAP.

This Bluetooth controller is miles better then the M Audio unit that I had been using and better then the Akai and Korg models that I tried at the store. The range for the Bluetooth is over 50 feet for me!
Use the Xkey Plus App to change any setting to your liking on the keyboard from velocity sensitivity to setting the amount of pitch bend range or modulation depth etc...
The best part though I think is its build quality and the mobility of it compared to everything else out there and of course it has to play great which it does.
Everyone who sees or tries mine out wants to buy one for themselves.

For what it is, It's awesome. It's exactly what I needed. I may have already written a review for this, but I bought another one as a back-up.
I have a cheaper Alesis 49 key controller, and an expensive Doepfer controller. I just needed a third, additional controller for smaller synth parts/FX and to pass to other players to, for instance, do a synth bass instead of a bass guitar.
The size is great for doing synth bass. I thought it could've stood to be slightly longer-like 49 keys, but this is actually great. It worked out nice. You could walk around with it. The latency is basically zero- to the human ear, it's zero. If you're worried about that, Don't.
The action doesn't feel like a regular keyboard, either organ or piano. It's basically built like a QWERTY keyboard. There is not a lot of travel in the pressed keys. But it's fine for what it is. The design is very sleek and solid. It very much reminds me of an Apple product.
Just be careful of the usb. That is my only gripe. The usb is micro B. I wish it were usb C, and the plug doesn't plug in flush. Basically it doesn't plug in all the way. and it's hard to see, on the underside of the keyboard.

So glad I got this. The full sized keys and small size make it unique. Playability is not perfect, but very nice for the limited key travel. Sensitivity is nice. Bluetooth latency is just about unnoticeable. Glad I went with the 37 key over the 25.

Works just great with my MacBookPro and MainStage. Less so with the iPad Air 2. The iPad can get over run and start creating seconds of latency (which clears up, but that's still no good). SO for now, this and the MacBook make a great combination.
