This cable works great for connecting an iPod or iPad to my Fishman Solo PA system into the XLR monitor input. (You could put it into any mic input though.) So now when I play live, I can use all 4 ... read more [+]inputs - the 2 mic inputs, a 1/4" aux input for my acoustic and I can use the XLR monitor input for an iPod.
