I'd give it a 5 star, but only because of the XY pad on the X-Station is in my view is a little bit cheapie. But, that aside, this machine works like a breeze. And guess what, although the presets on the X-Station sound like a very good entry level synth, I sample these sounds into Live and boy do these sounds truly become literal soundbank gems. The mic pre also sounds good, and I haven't even used the effects on the Novation. A real great machine. It works so well with Reason and Live, and can do so much on its own that for the me this guy is a professional machine. Hands down. I've yet to see something that comes to its shoulders. close [-]
