The compression module in the X-Rack Stereo Bus Compressor w/Mynx Chassis uses a very low-noise SuperAnalogue circuit design, with classic controls for easy operation. The Mynx chassis uses a circuit design from some of SSL's most renowned consoles, and its two-module capacity fits the double-width Stereo Bus Compressor like a glove. X-Rack Stereo Bus Compressor w/Mynx Chassis The Mynx Chassis Legacy The SSL Stereo Bus Compressor Module What is Mynx? Mynx is a simple, elegant and cost effective way to get the depth, clarity and characteristic sound of SSL SuperAnalogue™ processing into your recordings. Mynx is a cool desktop mini X-Rack that allows you to load your choice from the X-Rack module range into a simple two module slot desktop box. Mynx is a rugged metal enclosure made from 4mm thick extruded aluminum. It measures a mere 4.1" x 7.48" x 7.28" and has two X-Rack Module capacity. Power supply to the modules is via an external supply and audio connections are made directly to the back of your selected modules. Legacy Using identical circuit design and manufacturing to SSL's Duality and AWS 900+ consoles, X-Rack is a modular system that delivers the legendary SSL SuperAnalogue sound in a uniquely versatile form. There are eight different modules in the range designed to complement your DAW and improve the results you get from the recording process. Mynx enables you to combine different modules to create a range of recording and mixing tools.
