Powered Mixer with Feedback Locating System!
Peavey's XR 8600 powered mixer offers features that make for easy operation and portability with plenty of power to spare. Geared primarily for club bands, schools, rehearsal rooms, and churches, the XR 8600 can supply 1200 watts of clean, clear sound to your audience. The XR 8600 features 10 inputs with 3-band EQ, signal and clip LEDs on each channel, and 16 adjustable digital effects. For playing recorded music during breaks, there's a line input for CD playback with a mute switch that kills the mic inputs without muting the CD - a feature that along with a Karaoke track select switch (channel 9/10) makes this a great mixer for the KJ's and DJ's. The 8600 also features a 7-band graphic EQ with Peavey's FLS feedback locating system for "ringing out the room.". If you require a 10-input mixer but don't need as much power, the XR 8300 offers 600 watts of clean power for smaller venues.

“My band needed a good, thumpin' sound system but we needed to keep things simple and concise. I purchased the xr8600 to power a pair of JBL jrx 125 enclosures. As we use in-ear monitors, we're sending 600w to each enclosure. The first thing that impressed me was how quiet the preamps are. With the xr8600, I was able to get a very hot signal out of all mikes and line instruments with almost no...” Read More
