Reviewsbased on 3 reviewsVoiceLive 2 Gigbag--Fits Like A Glove!!
by D.J. from Monterey, TN
I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about when he said that this bag did not fit his VoiceLive 2. I got my bag today, and it fits my VoiceLive 2 perfectly! It is a little snug, which is... read more [+] the way I want it to be, but it is pretty obvious how the unit is supposed to sit in this bag, and I don't have any problem with footswitches being pressed when it is zipped up, either. You obviously have to remove all the compartment separators (duh!) that are included in case you use this bag with a VoiceTone pedal, but once that is done, and you stretch out the interior of the bag to its fullest, the VoiceLive 2 fits in just the way I want it to -- tight so it won't move around, but with just enough room to get the zipper zipped. There is still plenty of room in the other compartment for my power supply and a mic cable with the VoiceLive 2 already in the main compartment. It works perfectly for me, and looks great, too. Bottom line is don't let the first review scare you away from buying this bag. I didn't let it scare me away, and I am very glad. In my opinion, this bag fits the VoiceLive 2 and performs exactly the way TC Helicon intended it to! close [-]

This bag has a nice wide shoulder strap, and a compartment for cables big enough to hold 2 mic cables, 2 guitar cables, power supply and small extension cord for the power supply (mic and guitar cable... read more [+]s are short custom lengths, not 20' cables). The compartment for the voicelive2 is snug and you have to wiggle it around sometimes to get the zippers to close. The zippers are medium, not heavy duty - good but I suspect that since I gig 4-5 times a week I better be gentle with it or it won't last long. Mackie uses sturdier material and zippers on their speaker and mixer bags which cost less for a similar size (eg.1202 mixer bag) and will really last. This bag is good, and it works, and I would buy it again unless I could find a Mackie bag to fit, but I would rather have paid a little more for a nice sturdy bag for an $800 item like the voicelive2. I gave it a 2 because it's not the quality a working musician expects and the quality doesn't match the item it's supposed to protect. close [-]
March 22, 2012 Music Background: Singer/guitarist VoiceLive 2 gigbag.....pass on this one.
by G-Man from Indianapolis, IN
I just got my new VoiceLive 2 today and was excited to pack it in my new case. The bag looks good from the outside, and would probably be great for two smaller units, but the VoiceLive 2 was a pretty... read more [+] tight fit. I noticed that when I put it in backside up, when zipped up one of the buttons on the pedal would have been pressed down which would probably cause some issues down the road. I flipped the unit around, and it was still not a great fit, but was a little better. With the VL2 in the case, the side pocket really didn't leave much room for my mic and cables. For the money, I would rather find a different style or a hard case that I can also have room to fit my mic and other accessories in along with the VL2. I would pass up on this bag. I'm taking mine back tomorrow. close [-]
