Ron DanielI used to think guitar hand excercisers were cheesy, but since picking up the Varigrip, I must confess I can't put it down! It's comfortable to hold, built to last, and the independently-adjustable tension for each finger has helped me work through a couple of deficiencies in my left hand. Take it from a guy who has become a devotee: every guitar player will reap noticable benefits simply from having one of these on his/her desk at work! Also popular
