We're a small club cover band. I bought one to check out "more me" - the other members were insanely jealous and now we have four. We ditched the big wedges and simply pump the house mix into "line in" and our personal mics into "mic in" to dial in our personal preference. The mount right on your mic stand and couldn't be easier to manage.

I don't know if these would cut it for off-the-charts loud bands, but for small clubs and worship applications (I've also used mine on Sunday) they are excellent: Clear, easy on the ears, and best of all... more me.
