By all means, I love my vengeance head, and I think most egnater cabs sound great, especially the Armageddon 412 and Tourmaster 212, very nice cabs. This cab however did not hold up to it. The sound i... read more [+]t produces is not a good sound, it has a lot of discrepancies.January 12, 2013 Music Background: Production, Pro Muscician, Rock, Country, Metal, Hardcore, Acoustic, Blues. I worked on my sound for weeks trying to get this cab to sound good, they say it was specifically made to sound good with this head. I disagree with that statement. By all means it is a great looking cab, but when you open up the back and see that its made with PARTICLE BOARD!! BASICALLY WOODCHIPS!!!! I was a little upset. I never got the sound I wanted and decided after trying the vengeance head on a stereo cab with 4 vintage 30's in it and voidless birch ply construction, I decided that the cab had to go. The head sounds amazing through almost everything other than this cab, seriously, I dont know what happened here. The cab just doesnt create that mic-able sound. It sounded terrible through everything. For the price you could get something much better, like a used marshall cab, or orange cab, even mesa. I personally ordered an avatar cab. I wouldnt recommend this cab to anyone. close [-]
