I was excited to receive the Duo Flexi. Installation work in spite of it not being particularly intuitive. I use it with a Focusrite Saffire Pro 24 firewire audio interface and a macbook pro. All was ... read more [+]well with virtually no problems until I upgraded to Lion. Fortunately UA released an update that allows me to use the unit again. However when I daisy chain the Focusrite I get errors that disable the plugins on the Duo Flexi. I can work around it by using the Macbooks internal sound card for monitoring for mixing. I have updated the Saffire drivers, the Dou Flexi drivers and the DAW version (ableton 2.5.6). So who do I turn to now to get the system back to using the Saffire?September 12, 2011 Music Background: Performer, writer, electronic musician The unit sounds great. The Lexicon 224 is just beautiful. And their support has been very responsive and concerned throughout the dismal Lion upgrade event (Thanks Dan!). Would I recommend it? Yes. I can see long term value in having a cadre of high quality vintage effects to work with at mix down. Oh, I also had to set my buffer to 1024 samples.
