An Antenna Amplifier for your Shure Wireless System! The Shure UA830 is a low-noise, in-line antenna amplifier for remote-mounting antennas to your Shure UR4 or ULX receiver, or your UA845 or UA844 distribution amplifier in large installations. The Shure UA830 effectively shortens the distance from the transmitters. The unit receives power through its output port from the Shure reciver or distribution amplifier and then amplifies the received radio signals to a mounted antenna, compensating for insertion loss in the coaxial cable. A gain selector switch adjusts for longer lengths of cable. Mountable on supplied desk-/wall-mount, or on a mic stand, the UA830 is available for multiple frequencies.
