Great product for guitarists, but not only. Big knobs is appreciated in a studio, even a home (bedroom) studio. Very good guitar FX, especially Tube Simulator, pitty it can not be mixed with delay, ch... read more [+]orus or AmpDrive. Easy install (I use it on Windows XP and OSX as well). No external power, which helps OnTheGo. Also MIDI and PhantomPower, a lot of things in a small package, but why cheap plastic? I like the guitar Cosm FX (distorsion, delay) pretty useful. The price is very good (99 USD) for so many in-boxed. close [-]

This product promises a lot. Midi input, mic input, 1/4in input, built in effects, etc. The effects are a waste of space and are basically worthless. If you're working with any decent DAW your plugins... read more [+] will be a thousand times better than what Roland offers here. And if you want a tube preamp sound, buy a tube preamp for $30. Moreover, the effects on mine quit working within the first month. This device feels like a toy. It is made of plastic, and not the hard, thick plastic you'd associate with higher quality electronics. I've seriously felt kid toys that have more heft than this thing. Knobs are cheap. Overall cheap, cheap, cheap manufacturing. I bought this with the intentions of streamlining my workspace because you can hook midi and inputs to it. It wasn't worth the money. It wouldn't be worth the money if it were half the cost it is listed for. I returned this is and purchased a Steinberg CI1 instead. In this day and age of computers, there's no reason for your interface to carry cheap effects. From what I could tell, the 'uncolored' input sound on this isn't too bad, but I wouldn't count on this thing working more than a couple months. close [-]
