Avalon U5

Let me begin with a disclaimer. I am a pro bassist and I purchased the Avalon U5 because of the endorsement of Geddy Lee of Rush. I really did not know what to expect sonically from U5. If you are looking for something to give you a foundation for a pristine signal the U5 delivers with amazing results. I have used it live and for recording. The U5 provides warmth and presence to your instrument whether it is guitar or bass. It may sound cliche but, you have to hear it to believe it. A must in any signal chain whether live or recorded.

Great product!

If you want your bass to sound like it's on steroids, buy this unit. The black look is just too cool!
